Cancellation policy
If we have a scheduled meeting with you and you cancel that meeting with less than 1 working day’s (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) notice or fail to show up for a scheduled meeting, we reserve the right to charge for that meeting, even though it did not take place.
The reason for this cancellation policy is that our time-slots are at a premium and are often booked weeks or months in advance. If you cancel at short notice, it is often not possible to fill the appointment slot.
