Every client is precious to us, and we treat each of you as though you are our only one. Our turn-around time is fast and our service excellent. This means that we get repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals, so do not have to spend heaps of time marketing (and charging you, the client, for this unproductive time).

At Acacia Law we are all passionate about intellectual property and about our clients. We love providing you with great service. But we also believe in work-life balance. We all ensure that we spend enough time "playing", relaxing and with our families. This means that when we deal with your matters, we are fresh and keen to work. Plus we work flexi-hours, which means that we are awake and online when our children (and most of our competitors) are tucked up in bed asleep! That is good news for our overseas clients and associates, as it means that we are available for telephone contact at a time which suits you!

We accept credit card payments (soon to be an online service), which means that we don't spend our time chasing bad debts and can focus on providing you with great service.

Also, we adapt our services to whatever suits you. Some clients prefer email contact, others want faxes and phone calls. We realise that each client is different, and we tailor solutions to meet your individual needs.
