Government fees are per class, our fees are per application irrespective of number of classes. We do not charge extra for additional classes, for claiming convention priority or for additional marks in a series.

We do not charge extra for reporting and responding to up to two official objections! Most objections can be resolved in two rounds of correspondence with the Intellectual Property Office, so the fees above are usually all you pay.

There are no extra or hidden fees such as costs of faxing or postage.

If you instruct us to file in Australia and New Zealand at the same time, our filing fee drops to US$250 per application/country.

Litigation and dispute work is generally charged on an hourly basis, but some indication of costs can be given. Again, costs depend on the nature and complexity of the case, and so will vary depending on the situation.
